Ingredients

Chestnut jam, Sugar, Wheat flour, Egg, Trehalose, Corn syrup, Vegetable oils and fats, Emulsifier, Swelling agent, Flavoring agent(A part of the raw material contains the soybean and dairy products.)

I put the bean jam which I used the paste of the chestnut for in a steamed bun of the sponge cake cloth which modelled a chestnut and I was soft and baked it. The over-optimism to spread through the tongue is most suitable for tea cake.
